Smoking At Ceremony?

This week it was in the news that the smoking ban went into effect on
Monday at midnight. Then it was in the news that another injunction
was presented by some local businesses and international tobacco
companies that revoked the smoking ban again.

So, I'm confused. Is there smoking at Ceremony this weekend or not?

I'd like to come, but not if there's smoke everywhere.
