An addition to the FAQ should be

"And then Manny insults people. Later he wonders why no one comes to
the shows he puts on."

I would have thought the facetiousness in Kelly's joke would have been
apparent enough but I was mistaken. So as to clarify: The 'FAQ' that
Kelly mentioned is the imaginary goth-list FAQ which acts as a
non-existent guide to the agravatingly repetitious arguments that
happen here. There is no FAQ which states that Norm was doing goth
shows before Manny because few people, aside from Manny (and sometimes
me on a grouchy day) really gives a flying fuck about ancient history.
