That's like saying that you're not a victim if you were in the wrong
part of town and got mugged. Sorry! You should have known better than
to be there in the first place! Everybody knows people get mugged
there!

I think the responsibility lies with the person who knowingly breathes
deadly smoke into the air we all share. The only whining I see here is
on the part of the people who are scared that that their drug
addictions will become inconvenient.

YOU MUST GET HIGH EVERY DAY! IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT CONSIDER
OTHER POSSIBILITIES OR OTHER PEOPLE!
