If you doubt that secondhand smoke is harmful for you, I should
introduce you to my best friend's mother's tiny little dog,
Jellybean, which has developed emphysema as a result of his mother's
smoking. Jellybean can no longer run, although she can manage to
waddle a little, provided she gets a spell to cough afterwards and
get her breath.

Why should I respect someone who chooses to pay The Man to slowly
kill himself or herself and is trying to throw a little sumthin
sumthin into my lungs while he or she is at it? That someone has
obviously chosen not to respect my right not to inhale smoke, I think
their right to avoid bludgeoning regulation is thereby invalid by proxy.
