Alexx, I'm agreeing a lot with Gwen on this... though a public msg  board is really NOT the place for this kind of debate, it has been a  learning experience for everyone here.  Thx to Kelly-A, Alexx and  Manny for hashing some of this out.  
  
  As for the mudslinging... best to keep things restricted to publicly  accessible information.  Libel/slander--which ever applies to  written text--can be just as damaging to the speaker as the target of  the claims.  And I'm sure the folks who run the list don't need  subpoena requests bogging them down--God forbid it come to  that.   (Play nice, kids.)
