C'mon now! We all know that if you don't go to see a show or book with
someone because of the promoter's reputation you are obviously a
purile little bastard who doesn't really care about the music. In
fact, if you aren't willing to play in a rat infested cesspool while
being pelted with rotting sheep intestines and pay the promoter $100
for the privlidge you just aren't dedicated to your art so nothing you
say matters. At all!

In fact, the only people that need to care about reputation, as we've
learned in this whole discourse, is the band because if it is bad
promoters won't work with them.

This I know because Manny taught me so!
