Philly, DC or Toronto?

Toronto, hands-down, all the way.
The Philly scene (club-crowd, at least) is too full of itself. And if the venue is the Electric Factory, I'm never plan to step foot inside that place again. [Also, how can you even attempt to call that little hole-in-the-wall Digi-Ferret amazing when you've got Eide's three floors (coupled with the dark-tronic expertise of Jim Semonik, et.al) to compare it with??? I leave Big Daddy Ferret's lair with 2 cds if I'm lucky, while Jim can walk off with my entire paycheck without me blinking!] DC is too far for the navigation hassles you run into when you arrive and the sheer distance between points of interest.
Toronto has a healthy mix of pop culture and underground edginess in a relatively compact and easy to navigate area. They've got dirt-cheap hostels in all the right neighborhoods, reasonably-priced parking (and an ATM-accessible metering system that just makes sense!), all-night porn shops (without the stigma you see in the States), good food and juice-bars on every other corner, pubs that serve amazing brunch (curry chicken with bananas), and fewer worries about personal safety. Very multi-cultural and friendly to outsiders. Complaints: potholes, border patrol asking stupid questions (like why I carry a tool box and make-up in my car!), dealing with the exchange rate, no warning that your car will be towed if the meter runs out, and Canadian beer (and Canadian beer stores) suck/s. (I'm glad I packed the legal limit of microbrews in my car before I left or it would've been a sober trip.)
That's my $0.02. I'm with Brian on this one. I'm not one of those people who likes to dance at a concert. I prefer to just "experience" the sound without rude interruptions from other concert-goers.
