Ben Bloom Tribute

I'm really irritated I couldn't make the show tonite... All are acts (and friends) I love to support! Unfortunately, the carload of ppl who were going tend to chainsmoke. (I gave up deejaying smoking venues for one-hour stretches, no way I can sit in a smoky car for 3 hours.) Anyway, I'm looking at "new" cars now, so hopefully there'll be events in August. =D
Also, would someone please ask Turner to send a CD to our radio station... that man is elusive as hell! [Any other dark-alt acts wanting to get some airplay, you too! (We have a particularly strong metal listenership in the fall and spring. I am the current RPM director.) Please copy the address exactly to ensure arrival.]

For those of you who may not be aware yet:
Tomorrow night the Garfield Artworks is hosting a FREE show (that's right, no
admission) in tribute to Ben Bloom, a longtime member of the Pittsburgh
goth/industrial scene (and of the bands Agnes Wired for Sound and [rein]forced) who passed away suddenly a little while ago (right before the Birthday Massacre show).
Here are the details:
Thu July 6 7 pm all ages @ Garfield Artworks, 4931 Penn Ave
Agnes Wired for Sound
[rein]forced
Singine
Dark Martyr
Jordan Decay
Refuse the Dirt
There will be lots of souvenirs to remember Ben by, including T-shirts and Agnes CDs. Come down and share your memories.

I'll be playing with Jordan too, sort of like a Jordan Decay vs.
Terror Firma Sky set.
