rock club question

[Ancilla Sea-Maid]

Does anyone know if there is a way to purchase tickets
in advance for a show at the Rock Club without paying
the $5.55 extra per ticket "service charge" ? 

Also, the phone number that Ticketmaster has listed
for the Rock Club has been disconnected, so I can't
call the venue and ask them about it. super sketchy.
There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to avoid
Ticketmaster, aside from waiting until the day of the
show and getting tickets at the door, of course. 

Also, in general, is it a nice venue? I've not heard
much about it.
