First weekend of June?

Hey, is there anything fun/special going on in the first weekend of June?
Megan and I will be in Pgh for the weekend (one of our best friends is
graduating law school!), and will probably be going out and visiting old
friends and places. We'll be staying in Oakland, and I know pretty much all
the shops I used to go to are gone, is there anything new/fun in the area? I
haven't visited since '01.
