Yeah really, this, i fear is going to be the end of the upstage.  I wonder
where and or if cerimony will continue.  If it does, I wonder if it will be
a place I can easily access by bus.

btw, as has been stated, who would want to pay that much for an apt?  that's
just stupidity mang.
