well, then they are right.

i have a little bit more going on in my life right now than clubbing
and music, such as: *actual* political activism w/ the democratic party
in WA and WA citizen action, volunteering for the red cross disaster
services, volunteering in the northwest's primary trauma center's ER
and working as an EMT, while getting certified by FEMA in disaster
management and getting myself ready to apply to nursing school.

so you're right, it would be hard for me to care less about what band
is playing where and for whom, or what pop music is subverting which
underground genre.  so yes, i can unequivocally say, "manny, you are
correct, i simply don't care."

troubling?  i hardly think so.
