Indeed.  I expect your driving style will change radically, especially
when faced with the infamous "pittsburgh left" and militant merging onto
the parkway in mid-day traffic.

Roadway infastructure and design aside, Pittsburgh is not a bad place to
live. People who want out of here typically have never been elsewhere or
have had some personal trauma here unrelated to the environment the city
provides.  Its a safe, relatively cheap city with somewhat decent public
transportation and a little art & subculture everywhere.  Rarely does a
week go by where there is nothing to do at all in the city.
