In your dreams

      For those of you who have a serious interest in dreams and dream
research, the Post Gazette is running a series of articles this week on new
findings in dream research.  Today (Monday) was part two.  It featured some
info on a local branch of a national organization called the Association for
the Study of Dreams.  They try to help people use dreams for problem solving
and creativity.  It looks like the association includes psychologists,
medical doctors and anthropologists, not just the usual assortment of new
age nuts.

    Anyway, the articles are really good so far.  Tomorrow, they going to
focus on nightmares and how to confront them.
