corey and i just spent the last several days in vienna (yeah, i know it's
not germany, but it's damned near close enough), and the only music we heard
the entire time was really bad american music from the 50s-90s, with some
current american pop/hip hop and easy listening.
we, unfortunately, missed any goth nights while we were there - not only did
i forget to take the list of clubs and addresses i found before we left, but
there was NOTHING happening in vienna last weekend. oh yeah, except for the
u.n.k.l.e. show we found out about a day too late. grrr.
but the point...i found it surprisingly difficult to find any g/i music.
even the cd store we stopped in was impossible to navigate. they had most
of it divided into which country the music came from, and the electronic
section was anything from massive attack to michael jackson.
i've lost track of my point again, so i'm just going to finish catching up
on email now. toodles.
jolie.
